THESIS SUBMISSION FOR EXAMINATION – FIRST SEMESTER, 2010/2011

Deadline for submission of thesis for examination – December 10, 2010
(Only after appoinment of the Thesis Examination Committee has been endorsed by the University Graduate Studies Committee)

Students who submitted before or on December 10, 2010 are required to register and pay RM350.00 for Second Semester 2010/2011.

Students who submit the thesis after December 10, 2010 have to register and pay full fees for Second Semester, 2010/2011.

A student who requires more than the stipulated maximum period to complete his/her study and fails to submit the thesis latest by December 10, 2010 needs to apply for an extension to the Dean upon recommendation of his/her supervisory committee. Failure to do so shall result in a "Terminate (Exceeded Duration)" status.

This 3 days workshop will be conducted in 2 sessions: Pre-Workshop

The School of Graduate Studies is pleased to inform that applications for financial assistance in the year 2010 is now open. Successful applicants will be given financial assistance of up to a maximum of RM 1,500.00.

You are eligible to apply if you fulfill the requirements below:

•  Status CONTINUE has been achieved

•  Currently enrolled in a PhD Programme

•  Delivering an oral or poster presentation on current PhD research work. (Offer letter from organizer is required)

•  Endorsement by Chairman of Supervisory Committee or Advisor is required

•  Approval by Dean/Director of Faculty/Institute is required
